Caviar with walnuts, bread and garlic
Ingredients
2 cloves garlic
20 walnut kernels
2 slices (100 g) of dry white bread
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
3 tbsp (50 g) yogurt
salt
vinegar

Method
Peeled cloves of garlic is crushed with salt. Add the walnuts and also bruised. Add soaked in water and squeezed bread. Beat by molds in a little vegetable oil, until a smooth mixture. Add yogurt. The mixture is seasoned to taste with salt and vinegar, stir and pour into a suitable bowl or plate.
