Cherry dessert in the oven

Ingredients
500 g cherries, pitted (and can compote)
4 tbsp sugar
1 vanilla
200 ml cherry juice (or juice of stewed cherries)
2 tbsp starch
4 egg whites
2 tbsp sugar
Method
Boil cherries with vanilla, sugar and juice and pureed directly in the pan. Thicken with starch, fuzzy advance in a few tablespoons of juice, boil for 1-2 minutes and cool in refrigerator several hours. Heat the oven to 200 C. cherry cream stir with wire. Whip with 2 tbsp sugar until firm snow. 2/3 of the snow mix thoroughly with cold cherry cream. The mixture was partitioned in shapes at the top is covered with snow egg white. Bake on the bottom rail, while egg white darken. Serve immediately.
