Chicken Cutlets with Spinach

Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
800 g chicken mince
400 g spinach
1 onion
1 egg
40 g butter
lemon juice
savory
salt
fat frying
Method
Onions and the feta cheese is grated. Mix the meat, savory, salt, egg and part of the butter. Minced meat is kneaded and allowed to stand in a refrigerator for about 2 hours. Formed into balls, then fry them in hot grease. Spinach is cleaned, washed, infused in salted water and chop onion. Stews in the remaining butter and seasoned with lemon juice. Meatballs are served with steamed spinach.
