400 g chicken fillet
2 small zucchini
200 g rice
1 carrot
1 onion
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp vegeta
3 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Chicken fillet cut into small strips, mix with 1/2 tbsp vegeta and the oil, and leave in the fridge. Rice is boiled, washed and make a cup of water. Thereto were added other spices. Courgettes, carrots and onions cut into small cubes and add to the rice. The dish is returned to the stove. Chicken fillet baked in a pan to full readiness. When the vegetables are semi-finished fillet is added to the rice and after about 5-10 minutes the dish is ready. * The dish is very tasty and without chicken - for those who consumes no meat.
