Chicken teriyaki * Lucy *

Ingredients
1 tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark soy sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tsp grated or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp pepper
chicken drumstick without skin (the sauce will reach at least about 8)

Method
Into a suitable container put vinegar sugar, soy sauce, chopped garlic and black pepper. Add the ginger, you can use ground or grate root. Finally, a solution of starch in cold water to the other ingredients. Let the sauce to a boil, then reduce and simmer. Add the chicken legs. It's nice to have legs without skin. When the sauce is thickened and chicken is boiled, it carried on a tray, covered with baking paper. Bake initially heated oven (200C degrees), then reducing 180C (blown) by periodically mazhem with the rest of the sauce. Bake until ready - about 40 minutes.
