Chocolate cream with cherries

Ingredients
200 g dark chocolate
4 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
200 g butter
cherries for decoration

Method
Is broken yolks with half the sugar until doubled in volume. Add the melted butter and grated chocolate. Cream stir over low heat until it bubbles. Remove from heat and cool. Whip with remaining sugar snow. Carefully, with slow stirring were added to the cream. Poured into dessert bowls and garnish with cherries cleaned. Serve strongly cooled.
