Method
Break the chocolate, cream and green tea are melted in a water bath and stirred until a homogeneous mixture. Depending on the quality of green tea may be necessary to add more than a given amount in order to obtain a bright green color. The mixture was left for several hours in a refrigerator. Using a teaspoon to scoop up the mixture with your hands and form balls that rank in the tray or pan coated with cooking paper. Obtained about 11-12 number truffles. Again put half an hour in the refrigerator or freezer. Melt chocolates separately for glaze and half truffles are rolled in white and half brown chocolate. This is done with a toothpick to pierce and dipped in chocolate glaze, or rubber gloves hands put a little melted chocolate and spread evenly. Glazed truffles left on the tray to be a little tight, but not completely at room temperature. Rolled in cocoa and green tea, making different combinations of colors of glaze and dust for rolling.
