Cooked chips

baby potatoes
sunflower oil for frying
salt

Method
Potatoes are boiled salted water, so that they remain undercooked. As cool, peel and cut into chunks. Then fried in an oil bath and are served is hot. You can sprinkle them with a little dill before serving.

are like my potatoes sauteed :)

zlatina sauteed Chips are similar, but are fried in oil and after deduction is napasvat with garlic powder, dill and parsley. This is a bit different.

Here's something. Cooked (not much), peeled and cut into large pieces, put the potatoes in a bowl, put them 1ts red pepper, a pinch of black pepper, 3-4 cloves of garlic crushed or pressed with presichka (can dry and hot pepper) 1tbs breadcrumbs, a pinch Chubrika and stir well to stick anywhere. Osatvyat to sit a little and fry in more goresha fat (oil) without confused to catch crust. Pyrrus be ready with plenty of very green dill. Obtained spicy fries, very tasty.

Chips were good. With a little cheese are even better.
