Ingredients
500 g cottage cheese
5 green onions
3 large tomatoes (400 g)
1 and 1/2 cup yogurt
2 eggs
3 tbsp flour
5 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper and parsley
Method
Onions and tomatoes cut into small pieces and smothered in olive oil. Add the cottage cheese, stir and pour into pan. Milk, eggs and flour mixed with salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Pour over and bake in moderate oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve with salad season.
