Cream of cottage cheese with berries
300 g berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
250 g cottage cheese
150 g of powdered sugar
100 g sour cream
3 tbsp raspberry syrup

Wash fruit to scatter a portion of sugar. To a well stirred cottage cheese added shattered cream with remaining icing sugar. Place the mixture into cups or glass bowls, top put Sprinkle fruit with sugar and pour the syrup with raspberry.
