1 compote of strawberries or cherries (800 g, can another optional)
1 liter milk
200 g tea biscuits (round)
200 g sliced lemon or 7 g gelatin
7 tbsp sugar
7 tbsp flour
10 tbsp milk
The juice of the compote and lemon slices are heated on the stove to melt. Allow to cool, then partitioned into cups. In each beaker was placed in a two crackers against each other and between them is partitioned by the fruit compote. Fresh milk is boiled. Beat yolks and flour (for easy addition of 10 spoons chilled boiled milk). Boil cream. Remove from heat to cool. Whip with sugar to give a soft snow and added to the cooled mixture to give a fluffy cream. The resulting cream is filled into cups at jelly. After cooling sprinkled with grated chocolate.
