Dolmas with buckwheat

Ingredients
8 leaves of fresh cabbage
1 cup buckwheat
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 onions
100 g feta cheese tofu
salt, pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp breadcrumbs

Method
Cabbage leaves are blanched for 5 minutes and remove coarse stems. Buckwheat is washed and boiled in salted water. Chop in small pieces and fry in the oil. Mix the boiled buckwheat, Onions and the feta cheese tofu, cut into small cubes. Season with salt and pepper. The leaves were wrapped dolmas, tightened with thread and arrange in a buttered baking dish. Spread top with soy sauce, scatter with breadcrumbs and baked in the oven until browned. The dolmas can sprinkle with gomashio - a mixture of roasted and ground sesame seeds and unrefined sea salt.
