Dried fruit with yogurt and honey

Ingredients
200 g of dried figs
dried apricots 10
2-3 tbsp sugar
1 lemon
4 tbsp honey
1 vanilla
200 g drained yogurt
pinch of cinnamon
20 g almond (or other) nuts

Method
Figs and apricots are flooded with water, the juice of half a lemon and sugar. Neck on low heat about 30 minutes. Once cool recovered and well drained. Cut into pieces. Mix yogurt, honey and vanilla. Pour the mixture into cups (cups), sprinkle with cinnamon and ground nuts. Decorate with a slice of lemon.

The dessert can be made with neottsedeno yogurt. In this case there is no need to pre-cook the dried fruit, but only to be cut into small pieces and put in milk. After allowing to stand for at least 1 hour, they soften enough.
