Easter cake

125 g butter
4 eggs
1 yolk spreads
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 cube of yeast
400 g kefir
1 kg flour

Yeast, salt and sugar dissolve in buttermilk. The flour is sieved and does well. It clicks the eggs and add the buttermilk. Knead into a soft dough. Divide into 3 balls. Each roll of thin crust, smeared with butter and leave the country. Put it on the other two sheeted leaves smeared with butter. Wound on a roll and twist both ends. Cut into slugs with a length of about 5 cm. Arrange in a large pan of distance from one another and leave in a warm place to rise. Finally dabbed with yolk on top and bake at 180-200 C for about 30 minutes.
