Ingredients
2 eggplant
6-7 cloves garlic
500 g minced meat
4 red peppers
tomatoes 2
1 onion
parsley
3 tbsp chutney
fat frying
Method
Eggplant Peel and cut into circles. Add salt and leave to drain their bitterness. Then fry in fat. The peppers are baked, peel and cut into thick strips. Minced meat fry with a little pepper. In glass pot sequencing of rows circles eggplant, pressed garlic, minced meat, peppers, tomatoes sliced, top-ranked onion rings. Serve sprinkled with parsley and pour in a little water fuzzy chutney. Bake in the oven at 180-200C for 30-40 minutes.

I like it! Only I would not put chutney, since there are tomatoes, but this is for my taste, but not minus the recipe.
