Eggplant stuffed with cheese

Ingredients
4 eggplants
150 g feta cheese
2 eggs
70 g butter
Method
Eggplants are cut to length and carving seminal part. Boiled for 5 minutes in salted water, then drain. Filled with grated feta cheese, mixed with chopped into small cubes eggs and half of the butter, cut into slices. Arrange in a baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining butter and bake in the oven until the crust acquire appetizing.
