Fried Chicken Julien

Ingredients
200 g chicken fillet
20 g ham
50 g mushrooms
2 pickles
50 g cheese
50 ml cooking cream
black pepper, salt
sunflower oil

Method
Chicken fillet, pickles and ham cut into julienne (bars) equally large and mushrooms cut into slices. In a pan fry the chicken fillet first then add the mushrooms, pickles and ham, which also fry. When everything gets ready to put salt and pepper, pour in the cream. All stir and serve on a plate, top grate cheese. Serve hot with fries best.

It looks delicious and quickly prepared. I do it in a similar way, but without the pickles and ham, the other time I would put, I guess cucumbers will give a very pleasant slightly sour taste.
