Method
The beans are washed, cleaned and blanched for 2-3 minutes in boiling salted water. Immediately remove with a slotted spoon and cool in cold water. After cooling was cut into pieces with a length of 2.5-3 cm. Ranks tightly into prepared jars and pour hot salted water (20 g of salt per 1 liter of water) 1.5-2 cm below the rim. The jars are closed. In the pressure cooker pour 2 cups water, the bottom placed metal BBQ, and on her rank jars with peas. The pan is closed and put on high heat. Once you begin to hiss, reduce heat and after 20 minutes the pan is removed. Not earlier than 10-15 minutes steam is removed, the pot is opened and the jars are removed (her immediate opening would lead to a sharp drop in pressure and boil canned products!). For canning can be used half-, one-liter jars of baby food - depending on the size of the pressure cooker.
