Gyuvetch without sterilization

Ingredients
1 kg onions
1 kg green peppers tops
1 kg eggplant
courgettes 1 kg
1 kg okra or green beans
1 bunch parsley
2 kg tomatoes
salt
sunflower oil
Method
All products are finely chopped. Eggplants are salting and draining. Red tomatoes grated or ground. Everything is put in a saucepan with salt and sunflower oil to taste. Boil until the water evaporates and the readiness of all products. Hot stew is poured into jars, turning until cool. Can be added and sterilized or frozen peas. It can be cooked with potatoes, rice or eggs as a mash-up.
