Ingredients
4 herring fish (cleaned)
2 bananas
2 apples
lemon juice
# For the marinade:
zest and juice of 2 oranges
4 tbsp sunflower sunflower oil
salt, pepper
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Method
Make three incisions on each side of herring. Place fish in a shallow dish. Stir products marinade and then pour over the fish. Cover it and let it marinade in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cut bananas and apples in large pieces sprinkle with lemon juice and put them on skewers fit the succession. Put the fish on hot barbecue and bake it for about 8-10 minutes. Turning it from time to time by watering it with the rest of the marinade honor. Bake fruit skewers for about 5 minutes, until golden, watering them with marinade.
