Horseradish sauce

Ingredients
150 g horseradish
50 g flour
50 g butter
100 g cooking cream
500 ml broth
salt
Method
Fry flour in the butter to golden. Dilute with broth to obtain a smooth kashitsa. Remove from heat and add the cream and Sota. Mix well and add the grated horseradish (sold grated horseradish). Sosa leave to simmer for a few minutes of fire to kill the pungent smell of horseradish. Cool. Serve boiled or roast to beef and pork.
