Ingredients
500 g of pasta (small figures)
300 g mushrooms
200 g smoked ham
250 g mayonnaise
250 g yogurt
1 500 g or cucumber pickles
4-5 cloves garlic
1 tsp pepper
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Boil the macaroni. Leave in the receptacle with the water for 15 minutes. Mushrooms and smoked fillets are cut into small pieces and sauté in the oil (first put the mushrooms and smoked fillet little later) with a piece of garlic. Once you drain the pasta, stir everything: pasta, mushrooms, smoked ham and half mayonnaise. Prepare the sauce remaining mayonnaise, sour milk grated (or chopped) cucumber and remaining garlic. Optional put pepper. The sauce is served separately serving.
