Jam currant
Ingredients
1 kg of sugar
500 g currant
1 liter of water
1/2 tsp (3 g) tartaric acid
Method
Grapes must be ripe. Washed and oronva of clusters, and then placed in a sugar syrup. Boil to thicken the syrup. A solution of tartaric acid and boil for another 2-3 minutes. Allow it to cool and pour into jars.
