Kadaif
Ingredients
500 g kadaif
1 cup (200 g) chopped walnuts
125 g butter
1 cup (5 g) cinnamon
# For the syrup:
5 cups (1 liter) water
5 cups (1 kg) of sugar
1/2 lemon juice
1 g citric acid
Method
Kadaif is divided into two equal halves. Half Spread in greased baking dish with butter and sprinkle with crushed walnuts mixed with cinnamon.
