Liver-dolma in puff pastry

Ingredients
1 kg puff pastry
500 g plucks
1 cup cooked rice
2-3 sprigs of mint
1/2 bunch fresh onions
red pepper, black pepper, salt
Method
Plucks are cooked and cut into cubes and onions and chopped mint. Season with salt, red and black pepper, then mix with cooked rice. Optional can be added chilli or cayenne pepper. The dough is cut into squares and each put stuffing, turn and bake in a preheated 200 ° C oven.
