Ingredients
1 kg tomatoes
3 large red peppers
5-6 large onions
salt, pepper, allspice berry, parsley

Method
In preheated oil chopped onion stew. When soft add the chopped peppers. Once they soften and add chopped tomatoes and add salt to taste. Cook over medium heat and when the liquid begins to evaporate, tampering with allspice and black pepper and chopped handles half a bunch of parsley. Leave the stove be thickened. Before removing from the stove add the chopped parsley and serve with optional crumbled feta cheese.

I think it would be better to rename the dish of summer dish or something in order not to mislead consumers on the site.

I agree with Svetlana that this course suits him more name-Summer mandzha- looks appetizing, but I do not like the chutney!

From little more than my grandmother know it as a quick and easy way to prepare this version of chutney, but thanks for the offer :)
