Meat oranges

Ingredients
400 g of meat pork or chicken
1 orange
2-3 onions
1-2 peppers
1 carrot
salt, white pepper, black pepper
Method
Cut the meat more large pieces and fry in heated oil until slightly pinkish. Subtract it and draining. In the same oil fry the onion, carrots and peppers. When poizparzhat, add the meat again. Add the oranges and cut into pieces. Leave for about five minutes. Get out of the fire and leave it for about 20 minutes to choke.
