Moroccan salad with olives

Ingredients
300 g pitted olives
4 tomatoes
4 tbsp tomato paste
6 garlic cloves
1/4 cup sunflower oil or olive oil
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
salt
pepper

Method
Olives boil, then strain. In hot sunflower oil consistently put the garlic, chili and sweet paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper, tomato puree. Stir constantly, finally add the tomatoes (peeled and chopped) and, if necessary, add a little water. Drained olives are added to the mixture and allow to boil on medium heat about 20-30 minutes.
