Ingredients
1 kg language (beef or pork)
3 boiled eggs
2 boiled carrots
2-3 pickles
2 tbsp gelatin
salt
pepper
Method
Language is boiled and peeled . In bouillon dissolves previously swollen gelatin. Language, carrots, eggs and pickles cut into small cubes. Add salt and pepper, mixed products well. In small bowls rank products and pour broth. Put them in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours. Before serving the bottom of the bowls are immersed in hot water and then turn on a plate.
