Mustard sauce with yogurt

Ingredients
2 tbsp (20 g) mustard
6 tbsp (60 g) drained yogurt
1 apple
salt
pepper
lemon juice
horseradish
Method
Finely grated apple and grater grated horseradish (optional) mix and beat with the other products a smooth sauce. Optional sauce can be diluted with otvara or fish broth.
