Pancake layered cake with strawberry jelly cream

Ingredients
125 g flour
250 ml milk
egg 1
2 g salt
1 tsp caster sugar
1 vanilla
1 tsp vegetable oil
10 g butter
1 kg strawberries - may compote
2 tbsp gelatin
600 ml water
6 tbsp sugar
4 egg white

Method
For the pancakes: flour is formed on the well. Add the whipped foam egg, half milk and stir until smooth mixture. Gradually, then add the butter, salt, sugar, and the second half of the milk. Stir until a homogeneous mixture, capped, and kept one hour at room temperature. Hot pan is coated with butter and pour one ladle of the mixture. After the pancake fry on one side with a broad knife turns. For the cream: Gelatin blurs in lukewarm water. Half of strawberries Strain and rub through a coarse strainer. Boil water, add 4 tbsp sugar and smashed strawberries. Takes from heat, add the gelatin and stir. Making the cake: Place the pancake on base. On it are arranged strawberries and pour in the cooled cream. Repeat this procedure with remaining batter to shaping the cake. Egg whites are mixed with 2 tbsp sugar and broken snow. The cake is coated with a thick layer of egg whites. Bake for 2-3 minutes in the preheated oven. The finished cake decorated with strawberries. The cake is placed in the refrigerator to cool.
