Parzhenki churos

Ingredients
30 g butter
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) flour
pinch of salt
2 eggs
frying fat
sugar
vanilla sugar
Method
1 1/2 cups (300 ml) of water, the butter, a pinch of salt and sugar The boiling and added to the flour and the mixture is stirred until a smooth dough. Removed from heat, add eggs gradually and stirred well. The dough is injected into the heated butter and fry. Cut into sticks and dry. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and served hot or cold.

Many are delicious with chocolate. Like our tulumbichki only be without syrup! BTW police in Spain eat it instead of donuts in America.
