Pear nectar

Method
Used ripe acquired its characteristic yellow pears. Wash fruit and peel. Cut into pieces or planed in large pieces grater and place in a deep dish with 2-3 inches of water. If necessary make more water, so that almost cover the fruit. cook for about 10-15 minutes until completely tender. mixture pass a mixer or put it through a colander. If necessary add sugar to taste (I'm not add, pears were sweet enough) and stir well to melt. Pour into bottles, which are closed with metal lids and sterilize 15 minutes. Turn on caps and leave so until completely cool.

From homemade in good will, Commercial Premium are Shmenti hats as they say, water paint, sweeteners and whatnot, our producers were forced to turn back when produce all their preserves, at least, is safe and beneficial. Plenty of work but worth it. Bravo Ina recipe.
