Pirozhki with minced meat

Ingredients
400 ml milk
4 large potatoes
50 ml sunflower oil
40 g yeast
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
flour as you take
fried minced meat for stuffing

Method
Cooking potatoes and smash well while hot. Add the eggs, the dissolved yeast in warm milk, the oil and salt. With flour knead not very stiff dough. Roll out and cut into rectangles, put it a bit of stuffing with minced meat and turn of pirozhki. Fry in preheated oil over medium heat. Serve warm.
