Pork with leek and tomato sauce

Ingredients
350 g pork
1 large onion
3 large leeks
3 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp olive oil
200 g of canned tomatoes or a few tablespoons of pureed
few tablespoons fragrant red wine
red pepper, black pepper, 2 bay leaves, salt

Method
Cut the meat and zalcheta with onion cut in crescents fry it in the oil. When the pieces are almost ready, sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. In another pan fry in olive oil cut in large pieces leeks. When softened, pour it in pork and add tomato paste. Put both pieces of bay to Overturn products. Add a few tablespoons of red wine. Meat and leeks should be simmered over low heat until pork become quite fragile. Try, and if need be - counterfeiting more. It is interesting, if slightly before removing from heat, add some olives, cut into pieces. And yet - not for every taste. Serve pork with leeks warm.
