Potato roll with nettle

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
500 g nettle
250 g macaroni
breadcrumbs
5 eggs
mint
pepper
sunflower oil
salt
Method
Wash the nettles, then infused for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Remove to a colander and leave to drain. Cut into small pieces with a knife. Boil the unpeeled potatoes in salted water. Then peel and smash. Add their salt, pepper and 2 eggs and mix. Put and nettles, mint and a little bread crumbs and mix. The mixture is placed on a damp cloth (or foil) and spread it out a rectangle 1 cm thick. Sprinkle with cooked pasta and diced 2 hard-boiled eggs. Using a towel rolled up, which is placed in a greased baking pan. Smeared with egg, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated cheese and bake in preheated oven until a golden tan.
