Roll of spinach with tomato sauce

Ingredients
1 kg spinach
500 g potatoes
3 eggs
1/2 bunch parsley
feta cheese or cheese
pepper
salt
# For the sauce:
300 g canned tomatoes
3 tbsp flour
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper
# For the filling:
4 eggs
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and grate. Wash spinach, infused and passaged. Mix with the potatoes, add three eggs, grated cheese or feta cheese and chopped parsley. Sprinkle with pepper. Kneaded and spread the mixture, put cooked and peeled eggs stuffing one another and turn the reel. Smeared with oil and bake in a greased baking dish with butter. Tomatoes, flour and the oil is boiled sauce and passaged. Season with salt and pepper and serve to roll.
