Salzburg Galoushko with vanilla cream

Ingredients
80 g butter
3 eggs
3 tbsp (30 g) powdered sugar
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
3 tbsp (30 ml) milk
vanilla
# Cream:
2 yolks
1 tbsp (10 g) potato flour
8 tbsp (80 g) sugar
1 vanilla powder
500 ml milk
Method
Half butter, egg yolks and powdered sugar crash around 30 minutes. Then the sifted flour and the destroyed foam egg white. With the remaining butter is coated pan in which the dough was poured. Pour in the milk and put in preheated oven. Bake a few minutes at high temperatures. Once the dough rise - it should be loose - with a tablespoon cut Galoushko, arranged in a heated pan with rounded portion up and served with vanilla cream (maybe only vanillyl sprinkled with sugar). vanilla cream: yolks with potato flour, sugar, vanilla and a little cold milk mix. Pour into the remaining boiling milk and fight a water bath until the cream begins to thicken.
