Ingredients
1 sour cabbage
500 g raw sausage
2 onions
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 tbsp paprika
1 cup beer
pepper
Method
Chop the onion finely and stew in the oil. To this was added finely chopped cabbage and stew until soft. Sprinkle with paprika. In pots put a layer of cabbage, top sausage and cabbage again. Pour with beer and baked to evaporate the liquid. Serve sprinkled with pepper.
