Shrimp Chinese

Ingredients
125 g Basmati rice
150 g shrimp (net)
leeks
1 red pepper
250 g mushrooms
100 g bamboo
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
Method
Rice is boiled under the direction of the envelope - in salted water. Shrimp are washed well and dried. Vegetables are cut into fine strips. The fat is heated and shrimp fry for 2 minutes. Remove with latticed spoon. In the same fat, 5 minutes stirring continuously, fry vegetables, bamboo and mushrooms. Then add shrimp, soy sauce and lemon juice, seasoned with pepper and salt and bring to the boil. Serve garnished with rice.
