Ingredients
2 bunches of parsley
4-5 (500 g) potatoes
30 g butter
1 salad or lettuce
salt
Method
Potatoes, diced, mixed with parsley and lettuce, cut into finely. Pour hot salted water and cook on low heat. To the soup before being removed from the heat and add the butter. The soup can be seasoned with black pepper.
