Squash

Ingredients
1 kg fruit of your choice
10 g citric acid
3 aspirin
1 liter of water
sugar
Method
The fruits are washed and wrinkled. Pour in water, add citric acid and aspirin. Mix and allow to stand for 24 hours. Strain through cheesecloth. The resulting amount of juice put an equal amount of sugar (eg 1 liter of juice put 1 kg of sugar). Stir occasionally until melted sugar. Then filled in bottles, closed well and leave in a cool, dark place. * If the fruit stones are cleaned. * I am doing it with sour cherries, raspberries and blackberries.
