Star beans in a monastery
Ingredients
250 g beans
1 onion
1 spicy pepper
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 carrot
1 tbsp flour
mint or savory
salt

Method
Beans soak the evening in cold water . Pour clean water and slowly heated to boiling. Then boil on low heat with coarsely chopped onion, carrot, onion spicy pepper and the oil. When the grains of beans soften, some of them are removed and crushed, then come back. Add the flour away with a little cold water, and salt. The dish is boiled and after 5 minutes, remove from heat. Sprinkle with mint or savory.

And I like, but there is no need of flour, as densify strained beans.

A tomato does not put you? Or at least paprika? I always put! And now brew beans in a pot - going great! Try it and you.

It so paprika would happen beans in chorbadiyski. :)

at home so do beans for Christmas Eve. Paprika not put, and as regards spices - a matter of taste.
