Stuffed carp mince and cheese

Ingredients
1 kg of carp
100 ml sunflower oil
2 onions
300 g minced meat mixture
200 g cheese
3 tomatoes
pepper
salt

Method
Prepare a stuffing of stewed in fat finely chopped onion, minced meat fried and crushed black pepper and add finally cheese, diced. Carp, eviscerated, filled with stuffing and the aperture closes gently skewer. Fish are watered with oil and bake in a moderate oven. Serve hot with lemon slices.

Just in time! Very interesting what flavor will get minced meat.

I have not cooked just recorded my recipe. It seemed appropriate and less unusual ...

Yesterday I made the carp, as I added mushrooms in the stuffing. In baking pan poured some 1cup white wine. It was very tasty! Maggie, thanks for the recipe!
