Swedish cream salmon

Ingredients
500 g fillet of salmon (raw)
3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
3 tbsp mayonnaise or remoulade
1 tsp salt
200 ml cream

Method
Tenderloin wash. In saucepan put a little water, about 1 finger deep boil and put the fillets in it. Stew about 10 minutes, then removable and allowed to cool. Crushed with a fork, discarding any bones. Mix with salt, lemon juice and paprika. Cream mix of snow, add mayonnaise, cream of sirloin and chopped dill. Allow to stand for about an hour in the refrigerator. Serve garnished with dill. * Available to boiled eggs or asparagus, or toast. * Can be put in a bag and sprayed for serving.
