Wedge with bulgur

Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup (500 g) wheat bulgur
1 cup (200 g) cottage cheese
5 eggs
250 g butter
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) Flour
1 tbsp (10 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
salt
Method
The bulgur is cooked, drained, and cooled down, mixed with the eggs, the cottage cheese and salt taste. Flour, vinegar, vegetable oil, a little salt and water knead dough banitsa. Roll out two sheets, one of which must be larger than the tray, and with its ends to wrap filling. On this sheet after putting in plenty of butter buttered pan disperses small piles filling. Top with a second sheet and sprinkle with plenty of butter. The wedge bake in medium high heat. As a bake on one side turns by means of a circuit board of a handle or is transferred to another tray to finish cooking. Not to be all dry, remove the tray put lumps butter. Once removed from the oven smeared with butter and Cover with tray to soften. Serve warm with yogurt.
