Fried meatballs drunk

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
onion, parsley, savory Ronen
salt and other spices to taste
50 ml white wine
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Breadcrumbs soaked in white wine about 5 minutes and with the other products are mixed with the minced meat. It is desirable to stand blending minced meat with spices in a little fridge, but if you do not have time to form the meatballs and fry in the hot oil.
