Lamb legs with mushrooms

Ingredients
2 lamb legs
400 g mushrooms
3 slices of bread
3 cups white wine
1 onion
7 cloves garlic
oil
vinegar
pepper
parsley

Method
Cut 2 cloves garlic and onion and fry in the pressure cooker. Add pepper and chopped lamb legs. Pour white wine (and water if necessary). Put the lid and cook over medium heat 8-10 minutes after the first steam. Cut bread slices and fry in a pan. Cut another 2 garlic cloves and put in bread. Once turn pink drain of kitchen paper and smash garlic in a mortar until a dough-like mixture. Add trickle of vinegar and kneaded well. Add to the pan and cook another 8-10 minutes. Cut another 3 cloves of garlic and fry in a pan. Clean the mushrooms and cut into two fried in garlic. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve lamb, accompanied by a sauce of mushrooms.
