Ingredients
120 g flour
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) milk
1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
2 eggs
2-3 apples
pinch of salt
sunflower oil for frying
sugar
lemon juice

Method
Flour, milk egg, the oil and the salt are mixed and the mixture was allowed to stand for about 1 hour. Peel the apples, remove seeds, cut into very thin slices, sprinkle with sugar and pour the lemon juice. Sgoreshtyava little sunflower oil, poured some of the dough on it and put 2 slices of apples covered with a little dough. Fry on both sides, sprinkle with sugar and serve immediately.
