Lemon souffle

Ingredients
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup milk
zest
1 tsp salt
powdered sugar

Method
Dedicating yolks from egg whites, using only 3 yolks. In bowl whisk the egg whites to snow and add to the salt and 1 tsp sugar. In another bowl whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar, lemon rind, juice, flour and milk. Finally, egg whites are placed in the egg yolks and mix very carefully from the top down with no stirring. When the mixture is ready to pour into shapes and bake in a water bath until golden brown catch. Finished soufflés are sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Tasty! Fourth yolk where you put? If not used at all can and three eggs.

The aim is to get this airiness of soufflé that comes idava of proteins, so they are more :)
